Crop Over Marred by shootings

Police are conducting investigations into the circumstances surrounding the shooting the death of Taried Junior Rock, 20 years of, 3rd Ave Chapman Lane, St. Michael, which occurred sometime after 6:00 pm, on Monday the 7th day of August 2017, whilst along Spring Garden Highway, St. Michael.

MORE than 37,000 people visited this country during the Carnival period this year spending an estimated $334 million in 19 days. This data which was provided by the Central Statistical Office (CSO) was disclosed yesterday in a release by the Ministry of Planning and Development.

In 2015, Shaft sent the song to Deevine so she could record it. Shaft did not follow up with her and Deevine released the song. Shaft was not aware that the song had been released and there was not much traction with it then.
